What do you think is the future of the earth or humans?

The future is in God’s hand. You remember the song “ He have the Whole World in His hands”. I’ve seen a few videos of people singing that song. Do we really understand that song?

Due to the Pandemic we have going on in our world and even before this issue, we still didn’t know the future. It makes sense now that we feel like we are not in control of the future but we’ve always never been in control.

I suppose this issue occurring has awakened us to realize we really don’t have any say in how much things will turn out at all.

The government in its ability and wisdom are trying to lead us through these hard times.

However, in actuality, they can only do their best based on Godly counsel, experience, wisdom, and good old fashion try & error.

God has and will always be the only one that knows how the world and humans life will unfold from time to time.

The scripture

As a believer, God does give us revelation but even at that He doesn’t give us the entire details but little glimpse here and there about the future. At times over a period of time or just for a particular situation.

I was recently corrected about the times we are in, the person said; these are not uncertain times but instead, they are in fact certain.

I disagree because as a matter of fact, we’ve always lived in uncertain times not knowing what the future holds.

Uncertain just mean the unknown!

This is why I’ve lived my life not without a plan but taking those plans and commuting them to the Lord.

Psalms 37:5

Encourages us to commit our way to the Lord and trust in Him.

Proverbs 16:3 also states for us to Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.

The fact that we thought we had so much control of our now till Covid-19 happened, but actually we didn’t is interesting.

We actually had no control over how our future will unfold no matter the plans we had in place.

Even when we are given a prophetic word we are to submit ourselves to God for Him to cause those things to manifest in our lives.

At times it takes years and months of preparation in your life for those things to unfold. The Lord is always molding us but in seasons of preparation, we have to submit to this process.

He works on us to get us ready to walk in the fullness of His blessings.

In summary,

We all do not know what the outcome of this time will be, but as people of Faith, and if you are not a Christian, it is not late to give your life to Christ. Salvation welcomes you into the body of Christ.

This is a season of rest, incubation which happens before the chicks break out of the shell. There are so many great things that will come out of this time.

I know this because for once we are forced to not be in control. Whenever we are not in control and submit to God, a breakthrough happens.

Great things unfold when we let go and allow the Lord to do what He does best, which is glorify Himself.

Think about all the times your back was against the wall and you didn’t know how or what to do??

At that moment usually, we give up and ask God to take control and have His way.

Which is what these moments are forcing us to do.

Surrender is the act of relinquishing your rights, will and power to stay in control. Every time, I’ve let go and committed my ideas, dreams, and vision to the Lord. He has never let me down but taken complete control and His perfect will have been done, in those situations.

Isaiah 41:10 reads :

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.

Stay encourage and continue to press forward for the best are yet to come.

I rest assured that my future is secured in the hands of God. For the word says in Romans 8:28;

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

The Lord actually takes His job seriously, that’s why even the birds of the air never go hungry or the fish of the sea. He will provide, He will protect, and He will secure our future.

Focus on strengthening your relationship with the Lord, your family, and discover yourself in Jesus during this time and allow Him to handle the rest.

May God bless you !!
